On September 22, CREDA Utah will gather at Stockman Flats Business & Industrial Park in Spanish Fork for an inside look at one of the most significant new industrial developments taking shape in Utah County.
Stockman Flats is a 205-acre master-planned industrial park designed to accommodate a wide range of modern manufacturing, logistics, and distribution users. Phase I alone includes five buildings totaling more than 1.05 million square feet, while the broader master plan provides the flexibility to accommodate users ranging from approximately 85,000 square feet to more than 1 million square feet.
